Payment Security Policy

1. Commitment to confidentiality​

The card payment system is provided by payment gateway partners (“Payment Gateway Partners”) that are legally licensed to operate in Vietnam. Accordingly, the card payment security standards at Apix.vn ensure compliance with industry security standards.

2. Payment Security Policy​

Apix.vn cooperates with VNPAY payment gateway. VNPAY's payment system meets the information security standards of the PCI Security Standards Council to ensure the security of personal information.

  • Customer's financial information will be protected during the transaction by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol.
  • One-time password (OTP) sent via SMS to ensure authenticated account access.
  • 128 bit MD5 encryption standard.
  • Principles and regulations on information security in the banking and finance industry according to regulations of the State Bank of Vietnam.

Apix.vn's payment security policy applies to Customers:

  • Apix.vn provides a token storage facility - only stores the encrypted string provided by the Payment Gateway Partner to Apix.vn. Apix.vn does not directly store customer card information. The security of Customer payment card information is performed by our licensed Payment Gateway Partner.
  • For international cards: Customer's card information that can be used to establish transactions is not stored on Apix.vn's system. Payment Gateway Partner will store and secure.
  • For domestic cards (internet banking), Apix.vn only stores order code, transaction code and bank name.
